I cannot express the number of times I will be walking my dog and some random dog that is off leash prances across the street right up to us. I don't know the dogs name, temperament, nothing and the owner is nowhere in sight. How would I handle the situation. Keep walking? Stop? PLEASE HELP? What do I do?

Have I lost my marbles?

I am in love with the Victorian era, and so I have some Victorian ensembles I like to prance around my house and yard wearing. I sometimes do it for hours and get quite into it. What should a person do once a previous employer forges his or her signature?

My previous employer doesn't want me to collect unemployment benefits. I had a hearing today with Unemployment, where she brought along false documents that stated I exhibited misconduct in the work place. She also, forged my signature on the document using a scanner and wrote false dates on the documents in her own writing. The dates on the document states that I was warned on 7/2/10 but, on the next page it says my improvement starts on 4/26/10. I am a honest person, who happen to be fired from my job under false accusations and discrimination. What steps should I take now?

i lately build a forge out of a steel strainer and mud and it works good. i can get metal to about bright orange in a couple minutes. my forge burns through coal quick, about a big hand full in 2-3 heats. is this normal? and also what can i do to make it more efficient . the forge is small a little bigger than a Coffee can. for the air source i use a hair dryer.

Air Conditioner outside unit not working... Any advice?

My outside air conditioner unit is not working, TRANE XE1000. The breaker keeps tripping. When I reset the breaker and go to the outside unit, I can hear a slight hum. After doing some research online, I thought I would go ahead and change the capassitor and contactors, but it still doesn't work. The fan will spin freely by hand, so I don't think that's the issue. I purchased and installed a booster for the compressor, thinking maybe it was just getting old and having a hard time, but still nothing. I have a blinking green light inside on a circut panel. When I place my power tester on the contactor and capassitor with the power on, I get no reading of power even when the unit is on. Could this be a bad breaker? Any suggestions would be very helpful. I didn't ever wear short shorts before, but all of my friends are wearing them and they were yelling at me to start wearing them too. it got like 90 out today, everywhere I went, all the other girls & women were prancing in short shorts and i felt weird being the only one in jeans, so when i got home, I got sick of being the only female in texas wearing pants today. If I remember correctly, two tapes are made of an interview. If what you are saying is correct, then both copies of the tape must have been altered. Again, if memory serves me right, you are allowed to choose which copy you keep and are given that copy when you leave the station - they must have been quick doctoring both copies! What can be the problem with my Silverado?

I have an 06 silverado 5.3 Flex Fuel with a cold air intake. i just recently installed long tube headers with straight back true duals 3" piping into super 44 flowmasters and i kept my stock cats. I lost a big amount of torque i used to be able to spin my tires by stepping on it on first gear now i have no torque and i just go without and wheels spinning and no power i also noticed at around 70(4th gear) my truck just stops going anywhere. My check engine light also comes on the code is for the mass air flow sensor. Can it be A.) piping too big B.)Should Install a X pipe to fix it(how should i fix it if its piping issue) C.) It sounds to me like you are doing all the right things. It may take a long time for her to become more comfortable in the trailer. You might try putting a quiet horse on one side of the trailer before you load her. If she sees another horse eating quietly beside her, it may help her to settle down and eat her food without so much worrying. I would continue feeding her in the trailer every day and don't even think about closing her in until she is much more comfortable with the entire process.

I recently purchased a set of black running shoes for my dog belle. She was at first apprehensive, but got used to them rather quickly. Me and my boyfriend Josh have been together for over a year now, and I love him very much, but we seriously don't do anything fun. All he ever wants to do is lay in bed watching tv or have sex. I'm fine with that stuff during the winter when there's nothing else to do, but It's summer and I'm really starting to get aggravated. We're both very much in shape and have no physical handicaps keeping us from doing outdoor activities. And he's upset that I don't want to go even though he knows I hate rain, and I work every Tuesday (he should have thought about that before planning this with his friends). I really want to spend time with him, but we never have anything to do aside from walking to Convenient so we can get snacks to eat while we watch TV. Please help me, I love him, but I really don't want to be with him if we have nothing to do or talk about.

So, here's the deal. I met my friend L when we were both freshman in college. Our sophomore year we decided to room together. Things were good. We always had so much fun together. I've seriously had the best memories with this girl. The summer going into our junior year of college we decided to stay near school and sublet an apartment together. Things were good at first, but then we started fighting more. She's very messy and inconsiderate when it comes to house cleaning so we would mostly fight because I would get upset about the state of the apartment or the dishes or something. She also got upset because I would use her car a lot and I wouldn't put gas in or give her money without her asking first. We were still really close though and decided we wanted to live together for our junior year of college. We got an apartment close to campus, just the two of us. We both had very busy schedules junior year so we definitely started drifting apart. We both fell in and out of love with separate guys that year as well, but at different times. Sometimes we would fight and it was mostly about the usual stuff, house cleaning, bills etc. I still felt really close to her though, or at least I wanted to. Anyways, summer rolled around and our lease didn't end until August so we both decided to stay over the summer. I tried to separate myself from her by hanging out with different ppl and started seeing a couple of guys as well. We still hung out but things weren't as good as they used to be. During the summer she got a job as a shot girl at a strip club and she started acting a little bit crazy after that. I thought that she had gone completely crazy and I didn't want anything more to do with her. One day when I was packing up to move out she started drinking a brand new bottle of orange soda that I had just bought. She always used to eat my food and never buy her own btw. She refused to put it back and just smirked at me when I got mad. She left the apt and i ended up pouring the entire thing all over her bed. That resulted in a physical altercation between the two of us, but it didn't last long. The next night she was prancing around in some kind of lingerie with some boy. I went into my room and was going to sleep until she started banging on the door yelling at me from the other side. She accused me of being in love with her and said that I was only with my boyfriend because I couldn't have her. She also said that my boyfriend didn't love me, he loved her and that I have always been jealous of her. I didn't know how to react to this insanity so all i did was laugh and call her crazy. I moved out of the apt shortly after that and we really didn't talk for a long time until she called me and wanted to make amends. I forgave her and we slowly became friends again. It was better because we weren't living together anymore. Fast forward until last week, L is now accusing me of having feelings for her again. She started off by demeaning my relationship with my boyfriend, to which i said that she had no business talking about him that way and that I will not sit and listen to her berate someone that I love. Then she said "Well, you're the one who asked me out last summer!" I said, "Asked you out where?" She replied, "On a date." At this point I could not believe the level of crazy that was coming out of this girl's mouth so I told that I could not talk to her anymore and that I was leaving. Later on that night she texted me and said that she was only trying to be honest with me and if I couldn't take that then we shouldn't talk anymore. I told her that she was not being honest and that I couldn't be friends with someone that crazy. Ok, so there it is. She accused me of being in love with her twice in the past year. What do I do? The thing is I do really care for her AS A FRIEND and nothing more. And, if I lost her I would miss her. But on the other hand I don't know how I can continue to be friends with someone who thinks that I am in love with her. Why does she even think that? I have never ever in a million years given her any sign that would make her think that, which makes me even more confused because she claims that I asked her out. I have no idea where she even got that idea. Anyways any advice would be super helpful!

You mother in law does not seem to care that your son has an issue with the ride. I would suggest hat you let her know in no uncertain terms that his needs come before hers. That approach by your mother doesn't sound right to me. Especially at your age, it sounds like she wants you to get attention from the boys. I was leg shy at your age, but I love to wear short shorts, now. Just wear them for short periods of time to get used to them. It probably would be OK for you to wear regular length shorts, not short shorts, start with those, then wear shorter ones later, if you feel comfortable.

Gelding likes to prance sideways and wont straighten out?

I bought a gelding a couple of months ago. He is an amazing trail horse...he doesn't buck or spook at all and will go through anything...alone or with other horses. His only vice is that he gets excited. Normally that wouldn't be a problem for me, but when he gets excited he will trot/prance sideways. He will turn his head to the right and shift his body to the left. I have tried pushing his hindquarters back over and pulling his back to the left but he seems to get more agitated the more I try to straighten him out. Any tips? He doesn't do this at all in a round pen...just on the trails and it doesn't matter if we are going up hill or down or on a flat trail.

Opinion on horse training techniques?

I train for respect....not for a bond, or scare them to death. I want my horses to respect me at all times, and ya if my horses are being complete asses they get a thump, or a belly kick to get there attention, if they try to bite I pop them in the lips, if they try to kick out they get a boot to the belly as I DON'T tolerate aggressive or bad behavior. But I don't beat on my horses, I just have to look at them a certain way and they KNOW they better knock it off. I lay down my rules at a young age and they learn to respect them and me.

Personally I think its about bloody time. JTMS was way too powerful. Dizziness when concentrating?

Ok, my head is spinning! I've been getting this on of for the past few months and it's driving me crazy! I can be watching TV, when suddenly everything starts moving/shaking! The only way to stop it (temporarily) is to look around the room (keep moving my eyes), but as soon as i stop and look at one spot again, everything moves! I'm not tired or stressed, I'm hydrated and I haven't had a lot of caffeine etc... I also don't wear glasses or contacts (If that is relivant) I just don't understand why it's happening? Extream back pain after color guard accident?

We had a well known color guard trainer come and teach us better dancing skills and taught us the backwards sumersault. We had NO mats and we were doung these on a hard wood floor. During the final preformance I did my sumersault but insted of going over my shoulder I went straight back and got stuck on my neck. I was the worst pain I have ever felt! Now a few days have passed and the pain is still not gone AND mt guard instructor is making me start spinning again TODAY! Does anyone know how I could cure my back pain? I can see Lab and Greyhound. The slender face and long legs, with the slimmer body, points to a greyhound or lurcher (a mix of dog with grey/deerhound in them) crossed with a Lab, in my opinion. Lurchers come in varying sizes so my guess would be a Lurcher X Lab, in which case there would still be greyhound in there :)

I'm 19 and 33 weeks into my pregnancy currently. About 3 days ago I started experiencing a spinning sensation followed by severe nausea and vomiting. Listen, the honest truth is it doesn't matter how well you write now. All you need to do is keep reading and writing, then maybe when you're thirty five and actually have some life experience to draw from you can ask for the quality of writing. Here's the tip I found has actually improved my writing the most: hide it. Hide it somewhere you'll find it in six months or a year. Don't search it out. Don't think about where you might have put it. After all that time has passed, after having read another author, after having written other things, then you can read it as if it weren't your own, and hopefully you'll have a better understanding of what is wrong with that. (BTW a single kit in a litter isn't something to be proud of for a cat)

Toshiba fan making annoying noise?

I am 22 and my ( common law ) husband is 38. We have been living together for six months but have been together for 2 1/2 years. Before we moved in together, sex was great. 10 week old pitbull having balance problems after she eats? ?

my 10 week old pitbull seems to be pretty shaky all the time. now after she eats she seems dizzy and her legs buckle underneath her. she actually fell into her water bowl because her legs gave out. when she walks away she walks very slowly and isnt quite prancing the way she normally does. she seems dizzy and wobbly and first chance she gets she lays down and goes to sleep. she did this yesterday while we were walking and she eventually just layed fown on the concrete after repetitively falling on her face. idk what could be wrong with her and im scared. she eats half a cup of food in the morning and half at night and weve been weening her to another food. i think she also has roundworm and tapeworm but she has been dewormed twice and we are finding dead ones so im pretty sure those arent giving her too many problems now. i just really want her to be ok...

Divorce question that's puzzling?

My husband and I have been legally separated for 5 years. A divorce was paid for by an attorney by him. I was never served with papers because he says "he didn't want me served at work" and I never signed anything. I was told when asked that the lawyer went out of business. My husband and I are on very good terms see and talk to each other daily and share a child. His family however, are very sketchy people that are very money hungry. My husband lives with his father and has 2 brothers and 3 sisters. Recently he said I have something to tell you and said I can't have this house until we are divorced and they are making me divorce you. I was shocked because we have been working things out so well. After doing some research the attorney that "went out of business" just moved to a different town. I am wondering could a divorce have been forged or false done? We share one child together that is legal (21) and I am just wondering if there is any way it could have been done without me knowing. The people in his life now are very against me and as I mentioned his family is very money hungry. His father is in bad health and something is trying to be resolved over his home. Now out of the air he is saying we have to get a divorce for him to get the house. Does any of this seem right or legal? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

What do i do about someone forging my signature on 2 legal documents and having them notarised?

Here’s the situation, About 3 weeks ago I posted my car as for sale on craigslist and had a seemingly interested buyer contact me asking to come see the car the next day. When he got there he immediately tried to low ball me and talk me down from my asking price which a lot of people do but I was firm on the $2000 that I was asking. He finally agreed to pay me my asking price after trying to tell me there was something wrong with me transmission which was not true. However, I did not have title in hand because it was misplaced when I moved but is a clean title which he made sure of by calling the DMV and giving them my VIN number to run the title he knew all this before he came to buy the car. So we were going to sign a legal document called an MVR 4 form where I signed my name as the seller of the car and he signs his name as the buyer and have it notarised so the new title would be mailed to him in his name. Well, turns out he only had $1890 to give me that day and I desperately needed the money. So I wasn’t signing the title over until I got the rest of my money and my tags back which is was nice enough and apparently in this case dumb enough to let him use to drive the car back to where he was going but not before I drew a contract up stating that he was to meet me the next day with the remaining balance of $110 on the car and my tags and at that time I would sign the legal document making the car his. 2 weeks went by every day I called and left voice mails and text messages he never returned any of my calls or text messages, so my final message was that I was taking him to court. I didn’t know his address so I spent 4 days tracking him down online to find his address so papers could be served. Before I got a chance to file a law suit 2 men showed up at my home with a legal, notarised MVR 4 form with MY signature on it as well as the man who “bought” my car. I DID NOT sign that form or any other form other than the contract that I drew up previously for the man to meet me for my money and tags. So this man forged my signature on a 2 legal documents; the MVR 4 form and a new bill of sale to give to this man that he SOLD MY car to because the car is still in my name. Not to mention he had the legal document with my forged signature notarised and a notary cannot notarise a document without BOTH parties there with picture ID. So, I need to know what I can do. Obviously I’m guessing sue the hell out of the man who bought my car and the notary. I just need some legal advice. The men who bought my car from the scammer is also suing the man for the money he paid him for the car and falsifying a legal document. The men who bought my car told me I could come get my car at any time but I need legal advice before I do ANYTHING. I plan to contact a lawyer tomorrow I just wanted to know what a legal expert on here thought about the situation, thank you.

More time standing still will help enormously. When you get your halt, stand still for at least 2 or 3 minutes every time. She is not understanding that you want to stop because you don't stay stopped long enough, she can't see the point of stopping if you are going to ask her to move again straight away. Record player won't go through computer speakers?

I just bought a Sony PS-LX300 USB turntable and it came with Sound Forge Audio Studio so I can play my record through the computer speakers. I configured everything on my computer so it should play through the speakers, but for some reason it doesn't. I have no clue what to do. this is gunna be long. Okay, for the record im gunna go to 8 th grade. so in school, we have this like family thing, wer we make up like fake moms and fake dads and fake brothers & sis….. so he is my “ dad”. We got close this december, I never had feelings for him and well this month it all happened. In school we played spin the bottle and I kissed him in the cheek, he hugged me in the waist and didn’t let go in a playful way. When he kissed me (in the cheek) I started to get shaky but only I noticed (I think). I started liking him. But this all seems natural to me , he doesn’t take it the wrong way. In facebook, he puts up this rate things as his status, and he rated me and said I was a ten (from 1-10), he said I was gorgeous, and that he would kiss me (in the like my status thing) but he wouldn’t go out with me cuz im his daughter . For the last day of school , we went to the movies with our friends, I sat next to him for half the movie and rested in his shoulder, we holded hands . When we said our goodbyes , I hugged him and kissed him in the cheek, my other friends just hugged him. Again all the touching is like second nature to me. So I don’t know if what im doing is right, do I really like him? Does he like me? What should I do?

First, let me say it was a pretty nice read :) Babbling about things like this isn't a terrible thing. I would have to agree on the assessment that he likes you. Just keep talking to him and try to go out of your way to talk to him even more than you do now. As you go on, give him little hints that you like him again and see how he reacts to know if he likes you for sure or not. And then why not take a chance? My mac computer will not start up...just has loading page?

Why are people against bull ridin?

Im 14 abd ride bulls, i know from personel experience that the bulls are not abused in any way. If you ever see two bulls fight each other out in the pasture then you know that there is NO way that humans can possibly deal punishment to bulls the way they do to each other. It is a proven fact that rodeo bulls live longer and probably happier than most regular farm bulls. NEVER do we kill bulls after rodeos, thats bull fighting in spain which i am 100% against. We do not dig our spurs into the bull and the spurs we wear are dulled and just for show. The flank strap is not tied around the bulls balls just behind them, it does not hurt the bull in any way, shape, or form. And the bulls who buck in rodeo's LOVE bucking, if they appear to not enjoy it then we dont use them for rodeo's anymore. you should see a young bull prance around the arena after he bucked of a young cowboy and if you look in his eyes you can tel he is extremely proud and happy. so why the heck do yall think this is animal abuse!?

im a major super huge non conformist i dont like many people im really smart i was illinios state scholar due to almost perfect act and sat scores im like an emo nerd and where im at its either you wear abercrombie and hollister and prance around like you own the world because you can afford 20 dollar ts(so rich right-sarcasm my band ts are more than that) or you are just straight ghetto but im not poor or anything i just hate posers and people who do stuff just cause its cool but lately everyone has changed over to wearing stuff i wear and lip rings and like the whole hollister crowd has changed wearing asking alexandria t shirts and stuff even teachers noticed one of my faves my calc teacher told me he was surprised at me he said he always thought i was different than the rest i feel very frustrated half of them dont even know the bands they wear or have limited knowledge on this new found representation of whatever it is led zeppelin is also pretty big with people who are not ghetto or wanna be preps and ghetto kids(i love lz) and these ghetto kids are walking around with tattoos of them and stuff and you ask them about it and the say idk it just looks cool i dont even feel like myself i feel like just one of them even though me and my little group never tried to fit in now i just look like one of them not an individual not someone who stands out just one of a million what do i do im also looking for some unknown bands no one has heard of all my other modern bands i listen to are getting old i still like them and even the 60s and 70s stuff i like everything from vivaldi to frampton to of mice and men just looking for some new stuff not too many people know about and dont make any fake judgments about a situation you just know a portion of you dont know me or the people around i just want opinions not people saying stuff like poser and all that because you dont even know that makes me so mad just looking for the insight of different people

Suggestions for my Golem Deck?

Wow, seems like a great deck to me! I'd put that in action for fun, see how it runs, and make adjustments if necessary. However, it looks like a pretty well put together deck to me. Try it out and see what happens! I myself put together a dragon/elf mix and tested it against some friends, came out great.

I need to replace my power supply on my desktop computer, not sure what to get?

Apparently this model of power supply is a piece of crap, I want to get a better power supply but I'm not sure how to find one that will fit in the computer I have.
