Locked out of my own ipod?

ok, so I have an ipod touch 4 G 4.2.1 no parental restrictions. while i set my ipod on the grass so I could spin around in a circle with my friends my friend picks up my ipod and sets absolutly rediculus restrictions on it. now i can barely do anything is there a way to get my restrictions off. I cant tell my friend to remove them because she moved away this summer and i cant contact her. can i hack it possibly??? not against hacking
